functional equipment ideal location wide selection
the gym featured functioning equipment like treadmills and a sauna. the location was ideal, near stanley park, a place i wanted to visit. the buffet breakfast was great , it included a wide selection of hot and cold items.
the coffee machine in the room was a basic drip variety , it was quite disappointing.

the h restaurant served lunch and dinner , and provided cocktail offerings with delicious food. a coffee bar offered snacks or a morning bite, very convenient. the breakfast buffet featured a nice selection of food.

the hotel had indoor and outdoor pools available . the gym provided equipment and a sauna, great for fitness. there was also an outside bar area available , which seemed really nice.

I found the complimentary bike hire quite convenient. I explored Stanley Park with ease. The game room provided ample entertainment, especially during downtime. I also appreciated the location. It offered both great views and accessibility.
I noted that the electrical outlets had covers. This made it challenging to plug in devices. I had to request assistance to resolve this issue. It caused some inconvenience .

The front desk staff provided helpful information about amenities. The breakfast server was efficient. Tour buses and taxis were readily available, simplifying transportation arrangements.

The king room included comfortable bedding. The eighth-floor harbor view offered an excellent vista. Housekeeping maintained the room well throughout my visit. I really valued this.

comfortable stay with harbour views
harbour view on-site coffee shop friendly staff
my time there was quite nice. the harbour view from my room was a definite highlight, i could watch the seaplanes. i enjoyed the convenience of the on-site coffee shop. the staff were friendly, and daily housekeeping kept things tidy, including beds and the bath.
The water pressure in the shower was lower than i prefer. It was probably controlled to conserve water. i had to request amenities, such as a toothbrush and toothpaste.

The hotel is right on the edge of stanley park. The waterfront is easily accessible. i could walk to nature and enjoy the scenery. access to the park was great and i used the hotel bikes.

My room had a superb view of the harbour and mountains. The open door heated swimming pool was below. the bedding was very comfortable for me. The room was located in the taller block. the view overlooked the pool.

harbour location excellent facilities
the location is amazing! it is right on the harbour and a short walk to stanley park. excellent facilities include both indoor and outdoor pools, which i thoroughly enjoyed.
the room service had limited hours, slightly inconvenient for a late arrival.

bicycle rental convenient location
i found the location quite convenient, near both the marina and downtown. complimentary bicycle rental was a great perk that i used daily , allowing me to explore easily.
i noticed some wear and tear on the furniture , specifically in the bathroom area , which seemed a bit outdated.

somewhat underwhelming stay
dated bathroom poor noise insulation
the location was acceptable.
The bathroom looked quite dated and cramped. it had a combined shower and tub and almost nowhere to hang towels. noise insulation was also very poor within the room. I could hear seaplanes and music from the lounge downstairs.

pleasant hotel stay
complimentary bikes peloton gym water filling stations
the hotel provided complimentary bikes, so i could explore the seawall. the peloton gym was also a great amenity i used. the pool was warm, and i found water filling stations throughout the hotel, which i liked.
the tv in my room wasn't a smart tv! i could not stream youtube or use the internet, so i had to use my laptop.

the hotel is next to the marina and stanley park. restaurants are nearby. it is also close to the waterfront. you can explore downtown, including granville island, easily by foot.
